Divination is a way of foretelling the future by interpretation of omens. Divination can be attempted by using paranormal or supernatural powers, too. Divination has been a phenomenon that has existed in many religions and cultures from ancient times, up to the present. It is often dismissed by the scientific community and disbelievers as mere superstition, and the advocates of divination believe there is plenty of evidence for its efficacy.

A psychic is a person who is very sensitive to non-physical forces of nature, and psychic predictions are done through a broad spectrum of methods and systems, such as occultism, mysticism, metaphysics, parapsychology, and consciousness. Many do not consider these systems of predictions as science as the results so achieved cannot be verified, in the way science verifies things. The thing about psychic predictions is that it is not easy to pin down the failures of the readers.

Psychic ability is a latent ability everyone possesses. It is a hidden talent you possess and is demonstrated whenever you display information, which you normally do not and should not possess. Such knowledge comes from the universal mind – the Akashic records. These are the records of all our actions on earth. Intuition is what you come to know, a sort of an instinctive knowledge you get, without the help of any process involving reasoning. It is a gut feeling you get before anything happens. It is a feeling you get before something occurs, without knowing specifically what is about to happen. A precise definition of intuition may be difficult to arrive at, but one can say that it is a form of unconscious knowledge. Once thought to be a rare gift possessed by some, today, it is known that everyone possesses it and can develop this natural ability.
